By accepting and receiving the investigative and informational reports prepared by the Mercurio Institute of Fazio Francesco Paolo, the Client declares having read the content fully, knowledgeably, and in compliance with the contractual agreements, including verbal ones. Therefore, the Client expressly accepts the following conditions:

1. Final Acceptance and Waiver of Refund

Receipt of any investigative or informational report constitutes final and unconditional acceptance of the content, analysis, and conclusions provided therein, regardless of any discrepancies, errors, or subsequent interpretations.

Upon receipt of the report, the Customer irrevocably waives any right to request full or partial refunds for the service provided. No complaints regarding the report's contents or any errors found after delivery will be accepted.

2. Limitation of Liability

This report is strictly private, personal, and confidential. It may not be disclosed to third parties or used in court or other official proceedings without the prior written authorization of Fazio Francesco Paolo, owner of the Mercurio agency.

The information contained in the reports is the result of analysis and research conducted according to the best available methodologies, but may not be supported by legally valid documentary evidence. For this reason, the Mercurio Institute and its owner, Fazio Francesco Paolo, decline all responsibility for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of the information provided.

The Client hereby releases the Mercurio e Fazio Francesco Paolo institute from any civil, criminal, or administrative liability arising from improper, incorrect, or unauthorized use of the report.

3. Exclusion of Recourse Actions

Any claim for compensation or damages against Fazio Francesco Paolo and the Mercurio Institute for the contents of the report, whether caused by errors, discrepancies, or use of the information provided, is excluded.

The Client agrees that the service is considered concluded upon receipt of the report and that no further obligations or responsibilities shall be imposed on the Mercurio Institute and its legal representative after delivery.

4. Contractual Obligation

This disclaimer constitutes an integral and binding part of the terms and conditions of the investigative service. Before entrusting any assignment, the Client declares having read, understood, and accepted the contents in their entirety. If the Client does not accept them, he or she agrees not to proceed with the assignment.
